Detailed Instructions

1. Clear your cookies and cache before logging into the members area

Internet Explorer Click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options" (a new window should pop up). Under Browsing History, click "Delete..." (a new window should pop up). Click on "Delete Files" and then "Yes" to clear your cache Click on "Delete Cookies" and then "Yes" to clear your cookies. Mozilla Firefox Click on "Tools" and then "Options" (a new window will pop up) Click on the "Privacy" tab and then "Clear Now" (a new window will pop up) Check the "Cache" box and "Cookies" box (if they are not checked) and click "Clear Private Data Now."

2. Accept all cookies

Internet Explorer Click on "Tools" and then "Internet Options" (a new window should pop up). Click the "Privacy" tab and there should be a bar under "Settings." Lower the bar to "Accept all cookies." Mozilla Firefox On the top of the browser, click on "Tools" and then "Options" (a new window should pop up). Click the "Privacy" tab and make sure the "Accept cookies from sites" box is checked. Also ensure the setting "Keep until" is set to "until they expire."

3. Disable all pop-up blockers

4. Stay on the Confirmation Page for the offer for at least 2 minutes Complete the offer until you reach the confirmation/completion page (unless stated otherwise in the requirements), and when you are on the confirmation/completion page, STAY on the confirmation/completion page for at least 2 minutes.

5. Other Recommended Steps
